Kevin is the Managing Director for GA Australia. With 23 years of experience in retail restructuring and corporate recovery. He has worked with the largest retailers and banks for asset advisory services in North America and Australia, and has monetised retail assets valued in excess of $500m.
In 2011, Kevin relocated from the United States to Australia where he established a unique investment model that provided certainty for retail clients in the disposition of their retail assets. This unique approach helped to create value in the marketplace specifically to the lenders and stakeholders of these companies.
Kevin focuses on developing and implementing strategic solutions for retail clients in Australia and New Zealand through store closing programs, excess inventory dispositions, store contribution analysis, retail mergers, and valuations for banks and private equity groups.
Scott is the President of the Great American Group Retail Division. With over 25 years of experience in the retail field, Scott manages all retail projects for Great American Group and has overseen the liquidation of thousands of retail stores and more than $10 billion in inventory.
Prior to joining Great American Group in 1997, Scott was responsible for operations in hundreds of Office Depot stores across 17 states in the US. He also spent 13 years with Hechinger stores in both domestic and international operations, culminating as the chain's Director of Store Operations. Scott attended George Mason University where he received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Economics.
